Arlington, TX, August 27th, 2003 - In a move to maximize the expertise, resources and new partnerships Maxim Designs has developed, we have launched two new divisions to our company, Maxim WiFI and Maxim Secure Net. Although operating under the Maxim Designs company name, each division will have it's own resources to ensure prompt service for our new and existing clientele. The divisions will be called the Maxim Designs ARMOR Division to portray our goal to offer ARMOR for our clients wireless and networking needs.

Wireless Networks are fast becoming the standard for network operations. Wireless solutions provide many benefits in situations where you need a mobile connection within a defined space, and connecting between buildings without leased lines and astronomical installation prices. Maxim WiFi will provide quality and professional wireless network installations to the small to medium business market.

Maxim Secure Net will expand upon the wireless division by offering network security to both wired and wireless customers. Network security is now considered a high priority within any organization and an unsecure network can prove very dangerous to your information. With new viruses and worms, such as the MS Blast and Sobig.F, and the ever increasing danger of hacker invasion, network security remains a constant concern. Maxim Secure Net offers security consultation on the data and physical level. Clients can request both data and physical security audits to their facilities to ensure they are operating on a safe level and can request updates to any security that is lacking. Also available are training seminars over network security on the user level.
